Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Ghostly Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your baking dish and all ingredients.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, adding salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well blended.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce across the bottom of your baking dish, about 1-2 cups.
  5. Layer three noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, shredded chicken, mozzarella, and marinara sauce. Repeat with remaining ingredients, finishing with noodles and sauce.
  6. Slice mozzarella into ghost shapes and place on top. Use olive slices for 'eyes'.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan over the top and cover the dish with foil.
  8. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
