Method

  2. Gently fold in ¼ cup of mini chocolate chips using a spatula without overmixing.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into small mounds (about 1 inch) on the sheet, ensuring space between mounds.
  4. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 2 hours, until the bites are completely firm.
  5. Transfer the bites into an airtight container or zip-top bag, layering with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
