Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
  4. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.
  5. While the shrimp are grilling, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl. Adjust the sriracha to your preferred spice level.
  6. Once the shrimp are cooked, remove them from the grill and serve immediately with the Bang Bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
