Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 375 to 400°F.
  2. Prepare fresh ears of corn, ensuring they're free from husk and silk, and place each in heavy-duty foil.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, lime juice and zest, minced cilantro, grated garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Spread the cilantro-lime butter over each ear of corn, coating thoroughly.
  5. Wrap each ear in foil tightly to seal in steam.
  6. Grill the corn for about 15 minutes, turning or moving to indirect heat for another 10 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Carefully remove the wrapped corn from the grill, unwrap, and serve warm with additional butter if desired.
