- Spread the cilantro-lime butter over each ear of corn, coating thoroughly.
- Wrap each ear in foil tightly to seal in steam.
- Grill the corn for about 15 minutes, turning or moving to indirect heat for another 10 minutes until fragrant.
- Carefully remove the wrapped corn from the grill, unwrap, and serve warm with additional butter if desired.
