Cooking Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F to 400°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Form into four equal patties.
- Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4–5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes. Add cheddar cheese during the last minute to melt.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, avocado, and dill pickles. Toss gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, ketchup, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Remove the cooked patties from the grill and let them rest for about 3 minutes.
- In serving bowls, arrange a generous scoop of salad, place a grilled patty on top, and drizzle with dressing.

Notes
Allow the patties to rest to keep them juicy and flavorful. Experiment with different greens and dressing to customize your bowls.
