- In a mixing bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4 minced cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add 1 pound of peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp to the marinade, tossing gently until they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the shrimp marinates, preheat your grill to medium-high heat, reaching about 375°F to 450°F.
