- Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free oats, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted coconut oil. Stir until well mixed.
- Halve the peaches and remove pits. Grill them cut-side down for about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the peaches and sprinkle the crumble mixture over them. Close the grill lid for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Remove peaches from the grill and serve warm, optionally topped with dairy-free ice cream or whipped coconut cream.
