Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown the ground turkey with spices for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. Incorporate sweet potato cubes and spinach, stirring well and cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and pour chicken broth over it.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Uncover and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.
