  • Saucepan
  • Shot Glasses
  • whisk
  • Funnel

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, pour 1 cup of water and sprinkle 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over low heat. Stir continuously until dissolved (about 5 minutes). Remove from heat and whisk in half of the sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of vanilla vodka until well combined. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Carefully fill each shot glass about one-third full with the white gelatin mixture. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until fully set and firm.
  3. In a separate saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with another 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over medium heat. Stir until dissolved (approximately 5 minutes). Mix in the orange Jell-O powder and stir until fully combined. Add in 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice, mix, then carefully pour over the chilled white layer.
  4. After the orange layer has set (about 30 minutes), return to the reserved white gelatin mixture and add yellow food coloring until your desired shade is achieved. Pour this over the orange layer in each shot glass, filling them until just below the rim. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
  5. Once the layers are fully set, optionally top each shot with a few pieces of candy corn for a festive touch. Serve immediately, or keep in the refrigerator covered until ready to enjoy.
