  • 1 cup Edible Sugar Eyeballs For decoration
Fruit Skewers
  • 2 cups Cantaloupe Melon Cubed
  • 1 cup Black Grapes Any dark-colored grape works
  • 1 cup White Marshmallows For playful shapes
  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips For drawing faces
Ghost Sandwiches
  • 4 slices White Bread Or whole grain/gluten-free
  • 4 tablespoons Simple Filling Ham or cheese
  • 8 pieces Black Olives For eyes
Banana Ghosts
  • 4 pieces Bananas For banana ghosts
Zombie Apple Mouths
  • 2 pieces Green/Red Apples Sliced
  • ¼ cup Smooth Thick Peanut Butter For holding slices together
  • 12 pieces White Mini Marshmallows For teeth

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Prepare the Clementine Pumpkins by inserting celery sticks into clementines.
  2. Make Ghost Mini Peppers by mixing icing sugar with cold water and dipping mini peppers.
  3. Assemble Fruit Skewers by threading cantaloupe, grapes, and marshmallows on skewers.
  4. Create Ghost Sandwiches using white bread and your choice of filling, cut out with a cookie cutter.
  5. Prepare Banana Ghosts by drawing faces with melted chocolate on peeled bananas.
  6. Assemble Zombie Apple Mouths by spreading peanut butter in between apple slices and adding marshmallows.
  7. Arrange the Snack Board artfully with all prepared snacks and optional festive decorations.
