- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine sliced apples and cranberries with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, and brown sugar. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Spread the fruit mixture in a baking dish, then sprinkle the topping over it.
- Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown on top and bubbling around the edges.
- Allow to cool for 20 minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
