Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet.
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, minced garlic, and all seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf on the baking sheet, about 8 inches long and 4 inches wide.
  4. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the top is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F (71°C).
  5. Spread the remaining pasta sauce on top, sprinkle with mozzarella, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
