  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Once the butter is melted, stir in the honey until well combined.
  3. Add the fresh corn kernels to the skillet and stir to coat them in the honey butter mixture.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
