Directions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute until shimmering.
  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart. Cook for 6-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
  4. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce into the skillet, stirring to coat the turkey. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  6. Stir in most of the green onions, reserving some for garnish. Remove from heat.
  7. Serve over rice, noodles, or in lettuce cups, garnished with remaining green onions.
