Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Add the washed potatoes to the bowl with the honey mustard mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the coated potatoes in a single layer.
  6. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the potatoes to cool for a few minutes.
