Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by boiling 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep two chai tea bags or 2 tablespoons of loose-leaf chai for 5 minutes.
  2. While the chai tea cools, take 1 cup of fresh raspberries and blend with 1 teaspoon of honey or sugar until smooth. Optionally strain the puree for a smoother texture.
  3. In a tall glass, pour in the chilled chai tea, filling it halfway. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, stirring gently. Drizzle in the raspberry puree for a swirl effect.
  4. Fill the glass with ice, then pour your choice of milk or dairy-free milk over the ice and chai mixture, allowing it to mix beautifully.
