  • 2 1/2 pounds Ground Chuck ground turkey or pork can be swapped for a leaner option
  • 1/2 cup Plain Dry Bread Crumbs crushed gluten-free crackers or oats can serve as alternatives
  • 2 extra-large Eggs essential for binding ingredients
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup BBQ sauce or a mix with mustard can also be used

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions, thyme, salt, and pepper for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Combine the sautéed mixture with Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste in a mixing bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ground chuck, the cooled onion mixture, bread crumbs, and beaten eggs gently.
  5. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf on a parchment-lined sheet pan and top with ketchup.
  6. Bake in the oven for 1 to 1 ¼ hours until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
