Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to 1/2 inch thickness.
  3. Lay turkey and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken roll in flour, dip in egg, and then cover with breadcrumbs.
  6. Brown chicken rolls in a skillet with melted butter for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer browned rolls to baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Make the cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, adding milk, and Swiss cheese.
  9. Let rolls rest, slice, and drizzle with cheese sauce before serving.
