  • 1 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter for sautéing
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat, add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add 1 pound of medium shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Stir in the sautéed shrimp and garlic.
  5. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly across the bottom.
  6. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the shrimp layer.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if desired.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
