For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup White Distilled Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes optional

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and season with garlic salt, coating with flour or cornstarch.
