  3. Preheat grill over medium-high heat, add oil, and cook patties for about 3-4 minutes per side until a rich crust forms.
  4. Brush cooked patties with Korean BBQ sauce and let caramelize for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Toast the buns in the skillet, spread chili garlic mayo on the bottom, add the patty, kimchi slaw, and top bun.
