  • 4 oz Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 3 oz Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Bacon Bits omit for vegetarian option
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan, feta, bacon bits, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in the fresh spinach gently until well distributed.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 1-inch squares.
  5. Press each square into the muffin cups to create cups.
  6. Fill each pastry cup about three-quarters full with the cheese mixture.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and serve.
