- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan, feta, bacon bits, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the fresh spinach gently until well distributed.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 1-inch squares.
- Press each square into the muffin cups to create cups.
- Fill each pastry cup about three-quarters full with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan and serve.
