Step-by-Step Instructions for Roasted Garlic Butter
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Gather all your tools.
  2. Slice the garlic bulbs horizontally in half. Drizzle olive oil over the cut sides. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
  3. Place the wrapped garlic on a baking sheet and roast for about 45 minutes until soft and golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  5. Unwrap the garlic and squeeze the cloves out into a mixing bowl.
  6. Add the softened unsalted butter, chopped parsley, and a pinch of sea salt. Mash and blend until well combined.
