Method
 

Cupcake Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cardamom, and nutmeg. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, cream together unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  5. Alternately add the dry mixture and milk into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Prepare frosting by melting butter, chocolate chips, Nutella, and heavy cream together until smooth. Chill.
  9. Whip chilled frosting until fluffy and frost cooled cupcakes.
