Basic Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, egg, and optional grated vegetables.
- Shape the meat mixture into a loaf, around 8 to 10 inches long and 4 inches wide.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, hot sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
- Spread half of the glaze over the meatloaf and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Brush the remaining glaze over the meatloaf 15 minutes before it's done.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
