Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, ground fennel, and warm spices.
- In a separate bowl, mix chopped walnuts, preferred sweetener, and vegetable oil.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
- Flatten each dough ball to about half an inch thickness.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
