Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Gather your ingredients while it heats.
  2. Cook diced bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Then add milk, cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish and pour the egg mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  5. Crumble the cooked bacon and sprinkle over the top of the egg mixture.
