Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Pistachio Butter by blending pistachios, pistachio oil, white miso, lime zest, lime juice, and mint leaves in a food processor. Add ice water gradually until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
  2. Season the Lamb by patting dry and generously seasoning both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Sear the Lamb by heating oil in a skillet and cooking the lamb for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Glaze the Lamb by removing from heat, draining excess oil, and adding white vinegar to coat the chops.
