Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine yogurt, black pepper, salt, honey, crushed garlic, lemon juice and zest, and basil leaves. Blend until smooth, then drizzle in olive oil while mixing.
  2. In a large bowl or Ziploc bag, add cubed chicken and pour marinade over. Toss to coat well. Refrigerate for about 24 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  4. Grill kebabs for 4-5 minutes on each side until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove kebabs from skewers and serve with rice or bread, garnished with fresh mint.
