Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine freshly chopped parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a greased 11x7 inch baking dish.
  4. Generously spoon the parsley mixture over the cod fillets.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped green onions atop the cod fillets.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes, checking for doneness.
  7. Remove the cod from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
