- Begin by cutting or tearing the angel food cake into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix with 2 cups of milk. Beat the mixture until smooth and thickened.
- Spoon one-third of the prepared pudding mixture into the bottom of a trifle dish or large glass bowl.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries and blueberries over the pudding mixture.
- Add half of the angel food cake cubes on top of the berries, pressing them down slightly.
- Repeat the process by adding another layer of the pudding mixture and the remaining strawberries and blueberries.
- Top with the remaining cake cubes and finish with the last portion of pudding mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to chill and set.
- Garnish with remaining raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries just before serving.
