Preparation
- Cut a ripe mango in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender with coconut milk. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth.
- Mash the flesh of the other half of the mango in a bowl with a fork until chunky.
- In a small bowl, whisk matcha powder with hot water until smooth and frothy, about 1-2 minutes.
- In a tall glass, place the mashed mango at the bottom, followed by ice cubes.
- Pour the mango-coconut milk blend over the ice, then gently pour the frothed matcha on top.
- Mix gently with a straw or spoon before drinking. Enjoy immediately.
