Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pop the popcorn using a hot air popcorn popper for about 4–5 minutes, then transfer to a large bowl to cool slightly.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, then add 1/2 cup maple syrup and stir until bubbling.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon until glossy and smooth.
  4. Pour the warm glaze over the popcorn and toss gently with a spatula to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the glazed popcorn onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, sprinkle lightly with salt, and let cool for 5–10 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, break apart clusters, transfer to a serving bowl, and enjoy fresh while slightly warm.
