Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. If using traditional lasagna noodles, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mascarpone, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Layer pasta sheets in a baking dish, followed by cooked chicken, spinach, cheese mixture, and sun-dried tomatoes. Repeat layers finishing with pasta and topping with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  7. Slice into portions and serve warm.
