Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- If using traditional lasagna noodles, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mascarpone, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Layer pasta sheets in a baking dish, followed by cooked chicken, spinach, cheese mixture, and sun-dried tomatoes. Repeat layers finishing with pasta and topping with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Slice into portions and serve warm.
