  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled) goat cheese is a suitable substitute
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped) basil or dill can be used as alternatives
For Serving
  • 1 whole Lemon Wedges serve on the side for extra brightness

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add the chicken tenderloins to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, and grease the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  4. After marinating, let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before grilling.
  5. Grill each side of the chicken for 4-5 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few moments, then serve topped with feta and parsley, alongside lemon wedges.
