Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball and flatten into rectangles about 3 inches wide.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened piece, fold the dough over, pinch edges, and tie into knots.
  4. Arrange the knots on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  5. Make the garlic butter sauce by combining melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Brush the knots generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  8. Brush with more garlic butter after baking and serve warm, optionally with marinara sauce for dipping.
