Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning according to package instructions. Set aside.
  3. Spread half of the refried beans on one tortilla and half of the salsa on the other tortilla.
  4. Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the refried beans on one tortilla, then top with half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Place the second tortilla on top of the first, salsa side down, and press gently.
  6. Place the assembled pizza on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, sour cream, black olives, and green onions before slicing.
