- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray the muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and half of the ketchup. Mix gently until just combined.
- Scoop the meat mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup evenly with a heaping scoop.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining ketchup with brown sugar and mustard. Spread the glaze over the tops of each mini meatloaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before carefully lifting the muffins from the tin.
