Step-by-Step Instructions for Chai Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan. Line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, spices, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixer until light and fluffy.
