  2. Mash 2-3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl, then whisk in 2 large eggs, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of vegetable oil (or melted butter), 1/4 cup of molasses, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
