For the Maple Butter
  • 1/2 cup Maple Butter can mix maple syrup with softened butter

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping the tops and bottoms attached.
  3. Spread the maple butter generously on the bottom half of the sliced rolls.
  4. Layer cooked chicken strips evenly over the maple buttered base.
  5. Add crispy bacon slices over the chicken.
  6. Place slices of Gouda cheese over the bacon.
  7. Cover with the top half of the rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden.
  9. Brush with additional maple butter after baking, cut into pieces, and serve warm.
