Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients and equipment.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach if using.
  4. On a clean surface, flatten the meat mixture into a large rectangle and spoon the cheese filling along the center. Roll the meat around the filling.
  5. Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down in a baking sheet or loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. In the last 10 minutes, remove the meatloaf and top with marinara sauce, then return to the oven.
  7. After baking, let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve with additional marinara sauce.
