Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts and cut out larger circles to form crust shells.
  3. Sauté ground beef and diced onion in a skillet for 6–8 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper, cooking for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Mix in frozen mixed vegetables and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
  6. Spoon the filling into crusts, filling them about three-quarters full.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover with smaller crust circles, and seal edges.
  8. Brush tops with egg wash and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before serving.
