  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs or aquafaba for vegan
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil or melted butter

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tins.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Distribute the batter into the muffin tin and swirl in Nutella.
  6. Bake for 20–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5–10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
