Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine the spice cake mix, melted butter, egg, and oats in a mixing bowl until a thick dough forms.
  3. Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan and bake for 12 minutes until just set.
  4. Layer the chopped oatmeal creme pies and both types of chocolate chips on top of the baked base.
  5. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the layered bars evenly.
  6. Bake for an additional 18-20 minutes until the edges are bubbly and the center is set.
