Step‑by‑Step Instructions for One-Pot Carrot Stir Fry
  1. Start by washing and peeling the carrots, then chop them into thin, even slices.
  2. In a large skillet or pot, heat oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in the prepared carrot slices and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Once the carrots have softened, add your additional vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, stirring well to coat all the vegetables, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
