Remove the glaze from heat and set aside.
Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper on both sides, then arrange them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Using a brush, apply a generous layer of the citrus glaze over each fillet, saving some for later.
Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle the reserved glaze over the top.
Garnish with the chopped green onions before serving.
