Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Position the oven rack in the center.
  2. In a large baking dish, whisk together broth or water, creamy peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer on top of the sauce. Drizzle remaining sauce over the dumplings.
  4. Distribute broccoli florets around the dumplings, ensuring they are coated in the sauce.
  5. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish the dumplings with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and sesame seeds before serving warm.
