Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, raw honey or maple syrup, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir gently until there are no lumps.
  5. Fold in the fresh cranberries and any optional ingredients evenly into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
