- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken thighs dry and season generously with kosher salt on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together peach preserves, honey, cider vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside.
